Status of Residence is defined in Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act, and as of 2021 April, there are 27 kinds. It is very important to stay lawfully, so check your status and take appropriate procedures when necessary. I will help you to take the procedures.
在留資格（ざいりゅうしかく）は，出入国管理（しゅつにゅうこくかんり）および難民認定法（なんみんにんていほう）という法律（ほうりつ）に定（さだ）められていて，２０２１ねん４がつの時点（じてん）で，２７しゅるいあります。
法律（ほうりつ）のとおりに，にほんに住（す）むことがだいじですから，必要（ひつよう）なてつづきはきちんとしましょう。お手伝（てつだ）いします。
| 04-01. 在留資格変更許可（ざいりゅうしかくへんこうきょか） Change of Status of Residence |
Before you start to work, you need to obtain appropriate status of residence.働（はたら）くときには，働（はたら）く内容（ないよう）にあった在留資格（ざいりゅうしかく）をもたないといけません。In some cases, you need to obtain permission to do the work without changing the status.今（いま）もっている在留資格（ざいりゅうしかく）を変更（へんこう）せずに，許可（きょか）をもらう場合（ばあい）もあります。在留資格変更許可申請（ざいりゅうしかくへんこうきょかしんせい）のお手伝（てつだ）いをします。

| (1) Reservation 予約（よやく） Please make a phone call for an appointment. でんわで予約（よやく）してください。070-1241-9956 Let me inform your current status and period of validity. 現在（げんざい）の在留資格（ざいりゅうしかく）と期限（きげん）をおしえてください。 You can call or write in Japanese English or Korean. Not fluent in Korean, though. 日本語（にほんご）または英語（えいご）を使（つか）ってください。韓国語（かんこくご）も簡単（かんたん）な内容（ないよう）なら答（こた）えることができます。 (2) First meeting 最初（さいしょ）の相談（そうだん） Please bring your passport and residence card. パスポートと在留（ざいりゅう）カードをもってきてください。 Consultation fee: 3,300yen per hour 相談料（そうだんりょう）は，１じかん３３００えんです。 (3) DIY じぶんでする You might think you want to take procedures by yourself as much as possible. In that case, we can have occasional meetings when you think it is necessary. できるだけ自分（じぶん）で手続（てつづ）きをする場合（ばあい）は，必要（ひつよう）なときに相談（そうだん）に来（き）てください。 Consultation fee: 5,500yen per hour(from second meeting) 二回目（にかいめ）からは相談料（そうだんりょう）１時間（じかん）５５００円です。 (4) After Request 依頼後（いらいのあと） After your documental request to this office, you do not need to pay consultation fee. 書面（しょめん）で依頼（いらい）したあとは，相談料（そうだんりょう）は不要（ふよう）です。 Initial payment will be around 52,000yen: Around 30,000yen for necessary expenses (translation costs may be added) 22,000yen for initial fee 最初（さいしょ）にかかる費用（ひよう）は，だいたい42,000えんです。 必要（ひつよう）な費用（ひよう）として20,000えん，着手金（ちゃくしゅきん）は22,000えんです。 別（べつ）に翻訳費用（ほんやくひよう）が必要（ひつよう）になる場合（ばあい）もあります。 To make application forms, I need to have various information about yourself and your workplace. Please answer my inquiries sincerely. 申請書（しんせいしょ）を作成（さくせい）するには，あなたのことや働（はたら）く場所（ばしょ）についての色々（いろいろ）な情報（じょうほう）が必要（ひつよう）です。質問（しつもん）に対（たい）して正直（しょうじき）に答（こた）えてください。 Drafting documents –> Meeting before Submission (your passport and residence card are needed) –> submission –> Obtaining your new status(Or Refusal) 書類準備（しょるいじゅんび）–>提出前面談（ていしゅつまえめんだん）：書類（しょるい）をだす前（まえ）に，最終確認（さいしゅうかくにん）します。この時（とき），パスポートと在留（ざいりゅう）カードをうけとります。–>提出（ていしゅつ）–>在留資格取得（ざいりゅうしかくしゅとく）または拒否（きょひ） Fee on the application to change of Status of Residence is 88,000yen. Please pay the fee when I report the result. 在留資格変更申立（ざいりゅうしかくへんこうもうしたて）の報酬（ほうしゅう）は，88,000円です。結果（けっか）がわかったときにお支払（しはら）いください。 |
