The word ‘Compliance’ becomes common in Japan, and lots of office workers take training about Compliance.
I do, too.
In the Japan Federation of Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialists Associations website, five Compliance training programs are being provided. Now I am taking the last program. It is about Human Rights.
Although my major was law, learning about Human Rights is a refreshing experience. The history of Human Rights teaches us our difficult path to gain rights.
For me, and probably for most of us, the year 2020 becomes quite different. We are still walking on the difficult path, and Human Rights must be the key considerations to reach our goals.
