To start this new office, I want to set several principles as a guide for customers and myself.
I have already decided the main principle in Japanese as follows:
“Chan-to Shitoko.”
It is very difficult to translate “Chant-to” into English. But under Covid-19 pandemic, I happened to meet an ideal phrase, which is “preparedness for the future”.
We can not predict the future precisely, but we can prepare for the better future.
When I have to decide the better way, I would like to use my principles for the better future.
